It is in early 2000, as an impulsive drive by a passionate lady, that an abandoned centenary mill was revived from its ashes. Maria Carmen also enabled the neighboring village to regain an important commercial activity. Today, the olive oil extracted from this mill ranks among the finest vintages in the world.
